We are happy to help you start or discontinue service with Rogers Water Utilities.
To start service, you may apply online or visit our office Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. If applying in-person, you may print an application from our website and bring it with you. Call or email our office for more information.

To stop or transfer service, customers can call, visit, or email our office. Customers stopping service can request a disconnect online.
Please be prepared to provide the billing address, if different than the service address, a phone number, and the start or end date of the service.
Also, please be prepared to present two valid forms of identification, one of which must be a valid photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID include:
